Note: These returns are for DOA and service-type problems. Units that have concealed or visible damage are always processed through Climatic. The dealer has the right to refuse damaged units at time of delivery if notated as "Damaged" on the BOL.

UPS is available on accessories up to 75 lbs. and subject to the UPS dimensional weight guidelines. If an item is too large it will not be shipped UPS. Inside Sales will inform you if the item is not able to ship UPS.
