The Climatic Corporation acquires assets of SADCO Inc.

Climatic Home Products will open new warehouse in central Alabama to distribute appliances and furniture to independent dealers throughout the Southeast.

Columbia South Carolina, November 2, 2022. The Climatic Corporation a distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment, and supplies in the southeastern United States has entered into an agreement to purchase certain assets of SADCO Inc. a 75 year old distributor of Crosley Appliances and several furniture and mattress brands.
